1. Review course syllabus and prerequisites as provided on this website. It comes from the training providers. 2. Take the written self-assessment test and score 75% or better. 3. Commit to the full course schedule. 4. Complete registration form and sign it. 5. Submit signed Registration with $50 non-refundable application processing fee, and test.
6. Remit student portion of tuition prior to the first day of class (Purchase Orders are accepted.)
Tuition Grant Awards vary and are based on available funding. Student is responsible for balance of tuition after grant award. PO's are accepted from student employer but must be received prior to the first day of class.
How to Register for a single class: 1. Fill out the registration form indicating the class or classes of your choice. 2. Send in with payment to "CFATC" to: 1600 Calcon Hook Road, Building 14, Sharon Hill PA 19079.
