This is a three-day hands on cell phone class. This course is not a how to use software training, but actual hands on training of cell phone technology and principles. Cell phone examinations span from seizure, live tracking, and network carrier subpoenas to logical and physical acquisition and analysis. Cell Phone Forensics 101 starts from the basics and provides a solid understanding and foundation of cell phone examinations. The lesson plan includes hands-on examinations of SIM cards and cell phones which will strengthen the attendees’ knowledge in recovery of SMS messages, images and other valuable data contained within the cell phone.
